Other companies offer some of the services listed here but no other company can do it all, and for multiple control systems. MAVERICK is the “one-stop shop” that provides total solutions for process automation and control systems across multiple industries. Our “product” is the collective mind share of the men and women who work here, from the recent engineering graduate to the senior consultants. As a team, we work together toward a common goal. Since starting at MAVERICK in 2006 as a mid-level engineer, I have taken on various roles between engineering leader for a large program to a senior project manager for a diverse portfolio across different industries and technologies. These roles ultimately opened the opportunity for me to lead the operations of MAVERICK’s enterprise integration business practice. Through our acquisition by Rockwell Automation, additional opportunities presented themselves and my operations leadership role expanded to the Americas Regional Delivery Manager where I supported the growth and alignment of both MAVERICK and Rockwell Automation teams in the Information Solutions space. I am currently leading MAVERICK’s Operational Consulting group which is a nationally spread team of veteran and highly skilled consultants supporting the DCSNext® offering and FEL based consulting engagements.
